Automation

Introduction

Automation is a private workflow automation service operated through a self-hosted n8n instance.

It is used by the owner to automate file processing and e-learning content workflows.

Google Drive Integration

The application connects to Google Drive using Google OAuth authorization.

Depending on the workflow initiated by the authorized user, the application may:

• Access and read Google Drive files
• Download files for processing
• Upload generated files
• Create folders
• Rename files and folders
• Move files and folders
• Delete files and folders

The application performs these operations only as required by workflows configured and initiated by the authorized account owner.

Text-to-Speech Processing

Some workflows process text or source files to generate text-to-speech audio.

When required by an explicitly configured workflow, relevant content may be transmitted to configured Google APIs or text-to-speech processing services, including Google Cloud Text-to-Speech or Gemini-related services.

Generated audio or other workflow outputs may then be saved to the authorized user's Google Drive.

Private Use

This application is intended for private use by its owner and authorized users.

It is not offered as a public software-as-a-service product and does not provide public account registration.

Data Practices

Google user data is used only to provide the workflow functionality requested by the authorized user.

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to create advertising profiles.
